The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and modern.

The breakfast was so limited and had no variation. Access to the hotel was bad.

The staff are sincere and friendly. The room are newly re-furnished.

It is hard to find the hotel as it must pass through some residental areas. There are few choices for the breakfast.

Welcome treat with juice & flowers at the hotel reception. Nice & ever-smiling staff & ready to help, They delivered me gift & good wishes card in my room at my birth day which I never accepted. Right-angled swimming pool is nice. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good.

Since we had to leave early morning at 5.30am, we requested for the special request, which they provided; but the packed breakfast has not enough variety, only one applie, sandwich & water. It should have more variety with tea and coffee also.

Very thin windows - even on the 6th floor we could here everthing goin on at ground level especially the builders starting at 8 o clock every morning

Construction site near the hotel - lot of noise early in morning. Service/ info from part of staff poor. restaurant poor (a lot we tried to order was lacking for several days).

I liked the quietness of the hotel rooms and the hotel location, the gym and pool area, also the breakfast was good.

Well I think that it needed free internet and an updated gym area with more equipment. Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier.

Nice hotel made into something special by the excellent staff who made me feel welcome at all times and provided excellent service. This applied to all the staff but particularly Onuma on reception.

I like nothing about pgs Hotels Kris Hotel&Spa. Its a normal hotel compare to others and it doesn't mean I dont like it at all.

Far from shopping area/clubs and passage to the hotel entrance looks like the hotel is isolated from the tourist attraction area. No signboard to the hotel. No hot water to drink inside the room. Water pressure in bathroom low.
